Former owner signature is blacked out on rear flyleaf page, otherwise, no additional markings or writing in the book, 273 pp. There is only one date, 1926, found on copyright page. However, in Appendix I and II, there is mention of a 1949 date.
The first iteration of this book was published in 1909 by Elkin Matthews (London), then by Small, Maynard and Company Publishers (Boston) in 1910, followed by Boni and Liveright, 1926, (New York), with a second impression published in 1927.
